Every now and then, the New York Times – which, in recent years, has degenerated into a reliably hard-left venue – puts up a column or two that at least somewhat departs from its norm.
Yesterday was the day.
It featured a commentary by Bari Weiss in which she expressed second thoughts regarding the Women’s March of this past January 21.
It’s not that Ms. Weiss isn’t a left wing feminist, you see. But over the past half year it finally dawned on her that a march featuring “leaders” such as:
-the Jew-hating, shari’a law-loving linda sarsour,
-the Black terrorist/fidel castro-loving/kill the police-supporting tamika mallory,
-the kill the police-supporting carmen perez,
-and the love they have for anti-Semite, Black supremacist louis farrakhan,
just might be a reason to give her support to the movement a tad more reflection.
I suggest you use the link I’ve provided and read Ms. Weiss’s entire piece. Then read some of the 790 comments from Times readers.
Think of it as a lesson in how completely self-superior leftists can contort reality to support the unsupportable.
