Why did the New York Times tweet this comparison of the New England Patriots’s superbowl visit to the White House in 2015 (with President Obama) and 2017 (with President Trump)? To show how many fewer people there were in 2017, of course.
Except…
the reason there were so many fewer in the 2017 picture was that, according to the Patriots:
These photos lack context. Facts: In 2015, over 40 football staff were on the stairs. In 2017, they were seated on the South Lawn.
The Patriots then put out the picture which included those additional people:
A little different, wouldn’t you say?
The Times has since apologized for the original picture. As if anyone would believe it is truly apologetic.
Anyone still remember when The Times was a credible newspaper?

They tried to do the same thing with the inauguration.
Although they succeeded with that lie.
Even though the actual crowd size pictures existed I guess not enough people saw them that the false narrative is alive even to this day.
here is a video by Mark Dice [I know he was a 9-11 truther but nowadays it is hard for me to argue with his videos and I really enjoy them].
