Uh…what will you be calling CNN, now that Black employees of the network have instituted a class action suit claiming racial discrimination?
Want the particulars? Here are the first two paragraphs of Rodney Ho’s article for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution:
Former and current black employees on Tuesday filed a class action lawsuit against Atlanta-based CNN, Turner Broadcasting and New York based parent company Time Warner for racial discrimination.
“As a result of the current discrimination lawsuit filed on behalf of DeWayne Walker vs. CNN, Time Warner & Turner, we have uncovered stories involving abuse of power, nepotism, revenge, retaliation and discrimination,” said Daniel Meachum said in a press release.
For this one, you don’t just have the uncorroborated word of an angry ex-wife from 10 years ago. You have the actual plaintiffs.
Go at it, guys. I’m sure that, since you nailed Steve Bannon mercilessly based on virtually nothing, you’ll go hammer and tongs after your CNN pals – you know, interviewing the Black complainants and breathlessly reporting every word, then condemning them daily for weeks.
Right? I mean, right?
