Media are now reporting that Debbie Wasserman Schultz has resigned as chair of the Democratic National Committee, effective at the end of the convention.
The bad news for DWS is that she goes out reviled by the Bernie Sanders wing of the party.
The good news for Schultz is, mission accomplished: she did everything she could to make Hillary Clinton the Presidential nominee and it worked.
Don’t expect Hillary Clinton to be embarrassed by this disgraceful way of “winning” in the least. And certainly don’t expect her to resign along with Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
You want a party in chaos? True chaos, not media concocted chaos?
I’d say this qualifies.

She was going to step down anyway. You don’t compromise to such an extent if you weren’t promised a nice position in the Clinton administration.
Interesting point. You’re probably right…but there is no way she would have resigned before the convention started unless she was 100% forced out.
I just read this.
Wasserman Schultz was served a class action lawsuit for rigging primaries for Hillary in June.
