Just how damaging is the Wikileaks dump of something like 20,000 Democrat National Committee emails?
Damaging enough for CNBC to report that Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who has chaired the DNC for years, is not going to be speaking at this week’s National Convention.
Excerpted from its just-released web site article:
The head of the Democratic National Committee will not speak at the party’s convention next week, a decision reached by party officials Saturday after emails surfaced that raised questions about the committee’s impartiality during the Democratic primary.
Can anyone familiar with the dedication of Bernie’s Sandernistas, and their dislike, even hatred, of Hillary Clinton – who they see as a politically compromised puppet of Wall Street money-interests puppet Hillary Clinton – possibly believe this Debbie-dump is going to satisfy them?
The nature and content of those emails, and the fury it inherently must generate, will virtually guarantee exactly the chaos Democrats are hoping to prevent.
It will be more than a little interesting to see how mainstream media, which so desperately tried to paint the Republican convention as chaotic, will report such goings-on if/when they occur.
And that, of course, is before we get to what will be going on outside the convention hall, behind those walls the DNC has insisted be built to keep demonstrators/protesters out (obviously they don’t expect any of them to be Mexican, or the walls would never have been agreed to).
Oh, did I mention that Wikileaks is promising to release more such emails, and telling us that they are especially damaging to Ms. Clinton?
The convention starts tomorrow. Fasten your seat belts.
