Joe DiGenova is a former U.S. Attorney and current political commentator. Earlier this week he was on a podcast with Larry O’Connor of the Washington Examiner.
Their conversation turned to james comey, the smug, smirking, sanctimonious, arrogant dirtbag who used to be FBI Director until President Trump fired his butt out of the office.
If Mr. DiGenova is correct about comey, that smug smirk will soon be wiped off his face, but good.
From Daniel Chaitin’s article at The Examiner, we have this:
Earlier this week, diGenova said Inspector General Michael Horowitz has determined all four FISA warrants against one-time Trump campaign aide Carter Page were illegally obtained.
He told the Washington Examiner‘s Examining Politics podcast on Thursday how he heard about it.
“It’s very clear that he was also in the FISA warrants, all four of which were illegal. We know as a result of — the reports are being circulated inside and outside of the department for comment by interested parties. So we know that all four FISA warrants were illegal,” he told host Larry O’Connor.
Is Mr. DiGenova correct? Are his sources accurate? Is that what the Horowitz report says?
If so, comey better start putting together a bodaciously talented legal team. Because he is going to need it.
And that is before we get to the fact – and it IS a fact – that if comey signed off on warrants based in any way on the Steele Dossier, thus swearing that they contained verified information, he is dead-to-rights lying.
That dossier was NEVER verified, and even Steele himself has stated that he cannot speak for its accuracy.
I am not confident that james comey will pay for his actions the way he should – the way you or I would if we did the same. That smug, smirking, sanctimonious, arrogant demeanor suggests that he “knows” the deep state will protect him.
But, if comey is as guilty as it seems clearly evident he is, I have to tell you, it would do my heart good to be wrong about his deep state protection.
Give this dirtbag the solitary-confinement hole they put Paul Manafort in and keep him there for a while. A long while…
…while going after his pals – McCabe, Brenner, Clapper, etc. just as hard.
