Last night, as the night before, there were riots in West Philadelphia. Dozens of stores were vandalized and looted. An estimated 30 police officers were injured….and, presumably, other non-police citizens as well.
So how did the city’s major newspaper, the Philadelphia Inquirer, headline their story?

Looting, skirmishes follow peaceful protests over police abuse against Black people and killing of Walter Wallace Jr.
That’s roughly the equivalent of calling a hurricane “breezy with showers”.
Anyone still wonder why I have so little regard for our media?
