Today’s quote – this is two days in a row – comes to us from Rep. ilhan omar (D-1944 Berlin).
Yesterday it was her remarkably ignorant comment about McDonald’s workers. Today it is her overtly anti-semitic comment about Jews paying off people to support Israel.
When journalist Glenn Greenwald – who is ancestrally Jewish but has always rejected that ancestry – criticized Rep. Kevin McCarthy because he “threatened punishment for omar, and her like-minded anti-Semitic pal Rep. Rashida Tlaib on the grounds that their anti-Semitism comes under the heading of free speech, here is what omar tweeted back:
GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy threatens punishment for @IlhanMN and @RashidaTlaib over their criticisms of Israel. It’s stunning how much time US political leaders spend defending a foreign nation even if it means attacking free speech rights of Americans
Translation: this isn’t about support of Israel as a Democracy, or because it is the one and only Jewish state on earth, or appreciation of how close and strong and mutually productive our alliance with Israel has been. It’s just those rich Jew bastards paying the Kevin McCarthy’s of the world in “Benjamins” ($100 dollar bills) for their “support”.
And, according to Scott Johnson of powerlineblog.com, “(When) asked about the source of the money, Omar replied, “AIPAC (the American Israel Political Action Committee)!”. Mr. Johnson then points out that AIPAC does not give money to candidates or sitting politicians. But, then again, why would that matter to anti-Semitic scum like this?
I award ilhan omar Quote Of The Day (dis)honors for showing us that, as a proud, left wing, Israel-hating/Jew-hating Democrat, she knows that, at least so far, her masters – Nancy Pelosi and (Jewish) Chuck Schumer, to name two – have yet to do anything but look the other way when she spews her venom. So why not keep it coming?
Take a good look, Lost Tribers. This is your Democrat Party today. This is what you work so hard to rationalize and defend.
When do you realize how completely you are being played; what fools they are making of you?
