Remember the Ukraine scandal?  The video of Joe Biden laughing and bragging that he threatened to withhold $1 billion in aid to Ukraine unless a prosecutor looking into Burisma – the company his son was being paid millions of dollars to for absolutely nothing other than being his son – was fired?  In other words, the real quid pro quo, which most media buried because it was on Biden, not Trump?

Well, despite their best efforts, it is not over.  Not by a long shot.

The infamous story of Joe Biden’s effort to force the firing of Ukraine’s chief prosecutor in 2016 has taken a new legal twist in Kiev, just as the former vice president is sewing up the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination in America.

In Kiev late last month, District Court Judge S. V. Vovk ordered the country’s law enforcement services to formally list the fired prosecutor, Victor Shokin, as the victim of an alleged crime by the former U.S. vice president, according to an official English translation of the ruling obtained by Just the News.

The court had previously ordered the Prosecutor General’s Office and the State Bureau of Investigations in February to investigate Shokin’s claim that he was fired in spring 2016 under pressure from Biden because he was investigating Burisma Holdings, the natural gas company where Biden’s son Hunter worked.

Ukraine was a big deal when the media narrative was that President Trump demanded a “quid pro quo” – U.S. aid in return for investigating the Bidens –  during a telephone call with newly elected President Volodymyr Zelensky.

That claim was was debunked by issuance of a transcript of the call, Zelensky’s acknowledgement that the transcript was accurate/he never felt pressured to do anything, and the fact that the aid money was forwarded in full without any investigation taking place.  Yet media continued to promote the claim for months – and probably will do so again during the upcoming presidential campaign.

But, as noted above, an investigation eventually did take place.  And the result is that Joe Biden is being charged with a crime:  unlawful interference in prosecutor Victor Shokin’s work.

Want to see the actual video of Biden threatening to withhold U.S. aid unless Shokin was fired?  Here it is:

I assume that ends any doubt about what happened.

Now grow old waiting for our wonderful “neutral” media to report this with even a tiny fraction of the fervor they exhibited when the accused party was Trump – assuming they report it at all.

Then wonder, along with me, what possible reason they would have for expecting the public to think of them as neutral journalists.
