(REAL) COLLUSION IN THE 2016 ELECTION

Yes, there was collusion in the 2016 presidential election.

But I’m not talking about the collusion delusion mainstream media have pushed for two years; the one without any evidence to back it up.  I’m talking about the fully evidenced collusion that the deep state, and our thoroughly compromised mainstream media, will not report on.

Here is the latest example, via Debra Heine’s article at pjmedia.com:

In a surprise move Friday, Rep. Doug Collins (R-Ga.), the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, unilaterally released the 268-page transcript of an August 2018 interview with Justice Department official Bruce Ohr.

In his testimony, Ohr revealed that former British spy Christopher Steele was simultaneously paid by both the FBI and the Democrat opposition research firm Fusion GPS during the 2016 election.

The transcript also shows claims conflicting with Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson on several key points, including the timing of their meeting to discuss the Steele dossier.

Additionally, Ohr testified that Simpson provided false information to federal officials regarding Cleta Mitchell, a Republican campaign finance attorney who used to work for the NRA.

Simpson was expected to face the panel last October, but rejected a subpoena to testify, saying he would assert his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination.

The Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee retained Fusion GPS through lawyer Marc Elias and his firm Perkins Coie to dig up dirt about candidate Trump after he clinched the Republican nomination.

You often hear the term “bombshell” when media report political news.  Well, this newly-available testimony from the subsequently disgraced/demoted Bruce Ohr (whose wife, Nellie – worked for Fusion GPS) has “bombshell” written all over it.

Is there any doubt that this would be lead-story material if it was as damning for Donald Trump as it is for the deep state and the Hillary Clinton compaign?

But, as of now, five days after the transcripts were released, how much coverage have you seen about it?  In how many mainstream media venues has it been given anything more than “and in other news” status” – if even that?

Throughout this presidency, I’ve made it very clear that I am no fan of President Trump’s penchant for using twitter to communicate with us.  But, as distasteful as I find it, I can understand why he does so.

If our media – which have largely ignored this story, and declined to connect the dots regarding what amounts to a deep state attempt to hand the election to Mr. Trump’s opponent, then to remove him from office – cannot be trusted to honestly report on even something like this, what choices do they leave him?
