One week ago today, Democrat partisan hack Jerrold Nadler characterized Attorney General William Barr’s refusal to provide the entire unredacted mueller report to his committee – including grand jury testimony it would have been illegal for him to provide – as a “constitutional crisis”.
Over the next four days, according to Bill D’Agostino’s article at newsbusters.org, media parroted that absurd claim…you better be sitting down for this….a total of 386 times. And God alone knows how many additional times this week.
The key paragraph:
MRC analysts looked at all coverage on broadcast (ABC, CBS, NBC) and liberal cable (CNN, MSNBC) networks from May 8 to 12, finding 386 utterances of the term “constitutional crisis” by hosts, analysts, or guest journalists. This count did not include cases in which the term was used by political partisans, such as members of Congress, former administration officials, or Democratic and Republican strategists.
I titled this blog “Media Bowing To Their Masters”, because that is the only explanation I can think of for them to immediately pick up on and repeat this partisan claim almost 400 times (and counting).
If you have a better explanation – one that is more logical, or even close to being as logical – let’s have it.
I don’t expect any responses.
