Yesterday, Montana’s Governor Steven Bullock became the 23rd Democrat presidential candidate.
New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio has told us he will make his decision on whether to run this week.
Is any Democrat not running for President? Quick: name three (and Anthony Weiner, just out of his halfway house yesterday, doesn’t count).
I would say this is becoming comical, but that would be old news; it already is.
Who’s next? Is Walter Mondale – 91 and still, so far as I know, in good shape, waiting to see what De Blasio decides before he jumps in? Hey, it’s only 35 years since Ronald Reagan creamed him in 1984. Everyone deserves a second chance…
…which, I suppose, could lead us to Jimmy Carter as well.
Anyone heard from Michael Dukakis lately?
