IN CASE YOU THINK THE BIDEN SCANDALS ARE A TRUMP INVENTION

…I suggest you read the beginning of  Ben Schrekinger’s article at politico.com – that’s right, the leftward, Trump-hating politico.com – from August 2 of this year (the bold print is mine):

The day the Bidens took over Paradigm Global Advisors was a memorable one.

In the late summer of 2006 Joe Biden’s son Hunter and Joe’s younger brother, James, purchased the firm. On their first day on the job, they showed up with Joe’s other son, Beau, and two large men and ordered the hedge fund’s chief of compliance to fire its president, according to a Paradigm executive who was present.

After the firing, the two large men escorted the fund’s president out of the firm’s midtown Manhattan office, and James Biden laid out his vision for the fund’s future. “Don’t worry about investors,” he said, according to the executive, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, citing fear of retaliation. “We’ve got people all around the world who want to invest in Joe Biden.”

At the time, the senator was just months away from both assuming the chairmanship of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and launching his second presidential bid. According to the executive, James Biden made it clear he viewed the fund as a way to take money from rich foreigners who could not legally give money to his older brother or his campaign account. “We’ve got investors lined up in a line of 747s filled with cash ready to invest in this company,” the executive remembers James Biden saying.

And, further on, there is this timeline:

How hard is it to find a connection between Joe Biden’s rise to power and influence, and the cashing-in on his power and influence by the family?

Not very.

Now:  how hard is it to understand why Vice President Joe Biden was so invested in getting a Ukrainian prosecutor fired that he threatened to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid unless the firing took place; a prosecutor who – wonder of wonders, miracle of miracles – was investigating a company his son, Hunter was getting rich from, with no qualifications for his position other than the fact that daddy was VP?

So when you hear/read the ongoing drumbeat of words like “unsubstantiated” and “discredited” to describe the connection between that firing and his son’s personal enrichment, please refer to what you just read.  Then remember that it is not from some wackadoo alt-right website, but from a liberal/leftward site that is more than happy to take down Trump and his Republican pals.  Then you can draw your own conclusions.

It’s super hard to understand since that is 100% the opposite of what happened. Biden (along with about 19 first world allies) wanted the guy fired precisely because he was NOT investigating corruption aggressively enough. And while Biden led the U.S.’s response, it was the position of the POTUS and U.S. State Department, not Biden himself.

    • It’s a waste of energy to speak the truth about anything that trump’s blind followers want to imagine. They don’t care one iota about truth. They waited a long time to get a lowlife like David Duke or some other reject, in high office. They got it in trump. If he burns it all down they don’t care. They hate this country of immigrants, even though they are descendants of immigrants. They act as if their ancestors are aboriginals. They hate this country as it is and want to make it into what their idea of the United States is. What it is now, they don’t like.
