The results of Canada’s national elections are not complete.  But, as of about 7:00AM eastern time, it appears that Justin Trudeau’s Liberal Party, with only 33% or so of the vote – less votes than the Conservative Party – has nonetheless won enough seats in Canada’s Parliament to be able to form a minority government, enabling it to continue in power.

And you thought the United States had a confusing system for electing a head of state?
