Dear Ms. Clinton.
We have your emails. We know what is in them.
Do this, and this, while not doing that and that…not now, and now after you are elected…and they will never see the light of day.
Do anything else, and they will – before the election.
We await your response.
What you just read is not drawn from anything I have seen with my own eyes or heard with my own ears. But I cannot, and would not, assume it was not communicated to presumptive Democrat Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
From Bill Gertz’s article for the Washington Times:
U.S. intelligence agencies are said to be closely watching Russian online blogs and other postings for any signs that Moscow hackers have covertly obtained the bulk of Hillary Clinton’s email messages stolen from her private email server and are preparing to make them public.
A U.S. intelligence official told Inside the Ring that the indications of the email release are being closely watched, although the veracity of at least two postings on the matter could not be confirmed as authoritative.
A State Department official has said Russia is one of at least three foreign governments likely to have obtained the full content of the former secretary of state’s server through covert hacking operations. The other two are China and Israel.
Russian intelligence agencies are suspected of cyberintrusions that obtained sensitive political information contained in Democratic National Committee networks. Last week, reports surfaced that computer networks of the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation were also compromised, also by Russian hackers.
The emails have embarrassing, maybe incriminating material, so Russia makes its play. What an obvious possible scenario.
So obvious that anyone with even a little common sense could think of it.
Now here’s a question for you: if anyone with even a little common sense could think of this obvious possible scenario, couldn’t any member of any journalistic medium have done the same – even if only to express skepticism about it?
So why haven’t they? Why have Hillary Clinton and her people never, at least to my knowledge, been asked about this?
Does Hillary Clinton get a free media pass even here?
Apparently, yes. Which leads to the question of what she wouldn’t get a free media pass on.
I’m not clever enough to come up with an answer to that one. Are you?
